• Time: choose a specific time of day for the action to occur
• Monitoring: designate the number of minutes of computer inactivity required before logout, restart, or shut down
• Override Control: enable auto-cancel to override scheduled events if computer is active or choose to allow users to override scheduled actions and avoid losing data
