Blackout BlackBerry week has been quite the roller coaster ride for over 70 million people worldwide. The service outage has been blamed on “infrastructure problems”. The same systems in place that make the network so secure are what caused it to collapse.

The Wednesday Waiting Game
While millions of iPhone users wait ‘patiently’ for the new iOS5 software to download (2 hours? Really?), millions of BlackBerry users sit waiting for their phones to work. It’s not the only network to report outages. Sony’s PlayStation Network is also down for many people. Someone tried to hack it. Again.

Okay so last week was iOS5 “Release Date” Eve – now it’s actual iOS5 Eve. Hours from now we can all install the software which will change the iPhone forever (and no, I’m not talking about Siri). Along with the shiny new OS comes iCloud. All of your media can now be accessed from wherever you are. Could it get any better?
