46677 Resolved an issue where Data Igloo User Profile redirection caused user profile corruption, resulting in the user being unable to log in to the computer. (CN# 504597)

46899 Resolved an issue where Folder Redirection failed when trying to redirect a folder where the source folder path had more than 260 characters in length.

Known Issues

9019 Data Igloo error messages can become hidden behind the program window (Case No. EBT-482-54871).

9557 Data Igloo does not set correct permissions on folder redirection for Registry data.

10323 Data Igloo fails to redirect user profile or folder if there are any OneDrive smart files which do not have their local copies.

19146 Data Igloo does not delete ‚Public‘ and ‚Default‘ user profiles from system default location when the new user profile is redirected.

19956 Unchecking ‚Redirect any newly created profiles to:‘ option fails to revert user profiles to default location on Windows 8 and Windows 10.

2310  Resolved an issue where Invalid Error Code was displayed when installing System Profiler. 7357  Resolved an issue where it was not possible to run reports for System Profiler after upgrading to Core 3.70. (Case No: PFC-524-46555)

 

Known Issues        

11672    Some errors occur in the Event Viewer while uninstalling System Profiler Enterprise Loadin when Faronics Core Console is running. 2269   When Faronics System Profiler Enterprise Loadin expires, the version is displayed as Expired for all unmanaged workstations. 31       Arrow keys do not work while navigating the Reports node in the Console Tree pane. 261    A report generated on a workstation with multiple monitors displays only one monitor.

  • Support for macOS Big Sur (11.0) and Apple Silicon Macs (M1 Processor).
  • Added web limiting support for new Edge browser.
  • Added information on Blank Screen showing which teacher enabled the restriction.
  • Class List Interface Updates: Class Lists are moved to their own main menu item and have been simplified. All class lists (both manual or dynamic) are now managed and loaded from the same ‘Start Class’ dialog.
  • New Auto-Dismiss Class option that allows teachers to define a time when the class will be automatically dismissed. This makes sure those students are free to be managed by the next class.
  • New Auto-Assignment option for teacher channels has been added to the Insight Connection Service (ICS). When enabled via the registry on the ICS, connected teachers can be automatically transferred to an open channel.
  • Added support for Arabic language.
  • Improved Japanese translation.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where macOS student app icon showing in dock even when using Stealth Mode.

49449 Resolved an issue where, on computers running on Windows 11 (with Modern Standby (S0 Low Power Idle) feature), Power Save puts the computers to sleep instead of turning off the monitors. (CN# 542150)

    6448 After uninstalling Power Save locally, the workstation is not removed from Power Save node on Console.

    6455 On Windows 8: Incorrect event updated for ‚Native Shutdown‘ action as ‚Native hibernate‘ on Console.

    6664 On Windows 7 and Windows 8: If there is no user logged in then Override Windows Power Option does not work for Native Monitor off action.

    12291 Energy Cost is displayed in ‚Cent‘ (¢) for all languages.
