I just want to say that Faronics' Technical Support is the best! I contacted support to investigate an issue that I was having and in the time that I was on the phone with support we were not able to resolve the issue. However, the support representative said that he would escalate the issue, and keep me posted. I have received e-mails everyday with updates to my issue.
