It is important to note that, only Super Administrators and Administrators can add users.

  • Click your email address at the top right corner of the Console.
  • Select User Management from the dropdown menu. Select User Management
  • Click on the Add User button on the User Management page. Add User User Management
  • Specify the value for the following: First Name, Last Name and Email User Form

Permission - Assign the permission from the drop-down.

Sites - Assign the sites allowed to manage (Super Administrators can view all the sites).

User Roles and Permission Types

There are multiple user roles that could be assigned, with different permission types, based on the level of access you wish to provide to that user.

Tip: Deep Freeze Cloud provides the ability to add users directly from your Active Directory. The first step is to integrate Deep Freeze Cloud with your domain with Active Directory Integration.

Integrated User Guide

Each page has a blue question mark help on the top right corner.

Whenever you click on it, you will be redirected to the appropriate section of the User Guide.

If that doesn't help, please call Technical Support at any point to get a personalized walkthrough of Deep Freeze Cloud.
