Pushing Email Configuration on an iOS device
A common email account can be configured and pushed to all the mobile devices managed by Deep Freeze MDM. This feature is useful if you want all users to use a common email to submit their coursework in a school or all the organizations to communicate using the same email address. This feature is only available for iOS devices.
Complete the following steps to configure an email account:

Go to MDM.

Click Settings.

Go to Configurations tab.
4.
Scroll down to Email Settings.
5.
Click Add.

Configure the Account Info tab:
User Display Name - specify a user display name that appears as part of the email. For example, Geology 2018.
Allow user to move messages from this account - select the check box to allow users to move messages from this account to different folders.
Allow recent addresses to be synced - select the check box to sync recent email addresses to the phone.
Allow Mail Drop - select the check box to allow users to use this email via Mail Drop.
Use only in Mail - select the check box to configure this email only in the Mail app.

Authentication Type - select the authentication type from the drop-down. Select None, Password, MD5 Challenge-Response, HTTP MD5 Digest.

Click OK.

Go to MDM > Groups.

Click Add Group.

Click Configuration tab.

Click Add Email Settings.

An email can be pushed to iOS devices by adding the email into a group by going to MDM > Groups > [Group_Name] > Add Email > Select [Email] > Click Add.
