Tracking a device
 
To track the device, you must set the restriction within the group.
Complete the following steps to track the device:
 
1.
Go to MDM > Groups.
2.
Select iOS or Android.
3.
Click Add Group.
4.
Select Track device location.
5.
Specify name of the group and click Save.
 
 
The Deep Freeze MDM mobile app must be installed on the mobile device and the app must have access to location data. The location tracking on the device must be enabled at all times to ensure tracking.
