Removing a device

 

If a device has been retired or if an employee has left the organization and you do not want to manage the device through Deep Freeze MDM, you can remove it from the Deep Freeze MDM web interface.

Complete the following steps to remove the device:

1.	Go to MDM > Devices.

2.	Click iOS or Android.

3.	Select one or more devices.

4.	Select Remove.

5.	The message Do you want to delete this device? appears. Click Yes.

Once a device is removed, it must be re-enrolled into Deep Freeze MDM.
