Content Management

Once the mobile app is published, you can easily enter content, links, and attachments for your institution. Select Current Student, Future Student or Alumni. By default, all the menu items are selected for Current Student. Go to Future Student, and Alumni and clear the check boxes for all the menus if you don’t want them to appear in the mobile app.

You can automatically inherit content between Current Student, Future Student or Alumni. For example, after entering News Bytes for Current Student, when you select Future Student or Alumni, the check box Also display news bytes entered for current Students in mobile app will be shown to the administrator. Select the check box to inherit data from Current Students to Future Students or Alumni.
