Publishing the Mobile App

Complete the following steps to publish the mobile app:

1.	Go to the Campus Affairs page.

2.	Click Preview and Publish. Specify the values for the following fields:

•	App Name - specify the name of the App. This is the name of the site by default. Optionally, you can change the name of the app. This field allows 255 characters.

•	App Logo - browse to select the logo. Select an image in JPG or PNG format with a minimum resolution of 200 DPI in the RGB color space. The image must not contain layers or rounded corners.

•	Home Icon - browse to select the home icon. Select an image that will be displayed in the splash screen when the app is launched. The image must be in JPG or PNG format with a minimum resolution of at least 512 DPI.

•	App Description - Provide a description of this app for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store to encourage users to download the app. A basic description will be provided by Faronics.

•	Campus Description - Provide a description of your institute to display in the About section of the mobile app.

•	Select I agree to Terms of Services.

The information on the Preview and Publish page can be submitted only once. For edits to the information on the Preview and Publish page after submission, contact Faronics.

3.	Click Publish App. A message is displayed. Click Confirm Publish. Faronics will publish the Campus Affairs Mobile App in the Apple App Store and Google Play store.
