Configuring My Cloud Drive
The following configuration options are available:
Login Settings
Select the the following settings:
Force user to provide their cloud drive settings upon login - select this option if users must provide their cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive) settings upon logging into the computer where the Cloud Sync policy is applied. Selecting this option will display a dialog forcing the users to enter the credentials for Google Drive, Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive. Users will not be able to proceed without entering the credentials if this option is selected.
User must provide an email address with the following domain(s) - specify the domains separated by a comma. For example, you can specify @yourcompany.com where [yourcompany.com] is the domain for your organization.
Drive Settings
Folder Name - select one of the following options:
Reserve Drive Size - specify the cache size for temporarily saved files. Select from 1 to 50 GB.
 
Status of files on My Cloud Drive
The following icons represent the status of files on My Cloud Drive:
When a file is shown on Google Drive or Drop Box, the following icon is displayed:
 
When a file is modified, but not synced to the cloud (Google Drive or Drop Box), the following icon is displayed:
 
 
When a file is synced to the cloud (Google Drive or Dropbox), the following icon is displayed:
