1. Go to Policies.
3. Click Submit Template.
• Name - specify the name of the policy to be used in the Template Gallery. For example, you can specify Deep Freeze and Software Updater Policy for Clasrooms.
• Policy to submit - This is the actual policy name displayed.
• Category - select the category.
• Description - provide a detailed description about what exactly the policy does. This is useful to other administrators in deciding if they want to use this policy.
• Tags - sepcify tags for the policy.
• Submit as Anonymous - select this option if you do not want your name to be displayed with the submitted template.
5. Click Submit.
To view the Template Gallery go to Policies > Template Gallery. My Templates shows your submitted templates.
• Search - search by keyword.
• Category - select the category from the drop-down.
• Sort By - sort by Higher Rating or Lower Rating.
• Service Name - click the policy name to list the policy template that uses the particular service.To use a template click Use This Template.
