My Profile

Once you logon to the Deep Freeze Cloud Console, you can edit your profile. Complete the following steps to edit your profile:

1.	Click [Your_User_Name@company.com] at the top right corner of the Deep Freeze Cloud Console. For example, user@company.com.

2.	Select My Profile.

3.	Edit the following details:

•	Editable Fields

—	First Name

—

Last Name

—

Job Title

—

Company

—

Country

—

State

—

Time Zone

—	Date format (dd-MMM-yyyy/dd-MM-yyyy/MM-dd-yyyy)

—	2-Step Verification (Enabling 2-Step Verification/Disabling 2-Step Verification)

—	Password - click Change Password to change the current password.

—	Subscribe to Product and Marketing Updates - select the check box to receive emails regarding our products and other marketing communication.

•	When I sign-in at campusaffairs.com - Select one of the following views for your profile when you sign-in to campusaffairs.com:

—	Show me the full Deep Freeze Cloud view - If you are a Deep Freeze Cloud user, this option will show all the pages, and menus in deepfreeze.com.

—	Show me a limited, Campus Affairs view - This option will only show the Campus Affairs page.

•	Non-Editable Fields

—	Email - this field is created when the Administrator creates the account and cannot be edited.

4.	Click Save.

 

Enabling 2-Step Verification

Deep Freeze Cloud optionally provides enhanced security by providing 2-Step Verification. On enabling 2-Step Verification, you will be sent a code after entering your password. This six-digit code will be sent via email. You must enter the six-digit code to logon to Deep Freeze Cloud.

Complete the following steps to enable 2-Step Verification:

1.	Click [Your_User_Name@company.com] at the top right corner of the Deep Freeze Cloud Console. For example, user@company.com.

2.	Select My Profile.

3.	Click Setup for 2-Step Verification.

4.	Re-enter your password and click Enable.

5.	A six-digit code is sent to you via email. Enter the code within two minutes and click Confirm. If you want Deep Freeze Cloud to trust the computer, select the Trust this computer check box. Trusted computers only ask for verification codes once every 30 days.

2-Step Verification is now enabled.

 

Disabling 2-Step Verification

Complete the following steps to disable 2-Step Verification:

1.	Click [Your_User_Name@company.com] at the top right corner of the Deep Freeze Cloud Console. For example, user@company.com.

2.	Select My Profile.

3.	Click Turn Off for 2-Step Verification.

4.	Re-enter your password and click Turn Off.

5.	A six-digit code is sent to you via email. Enter the code within 2 minutes and click Confirm.

2-Step Verification is now disabled.
