We\u2019ve seen a remarkable drop in XP deployments over the past few years, starting at almost 20% in 2014 to just under 0.5% in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the time has come for us, along with our developers, to invest our resources toward supporting more recent technologies so that we can continue to deliver great new experiences. As a result, Deep Freeze version 8.6 onwards will not install on these operating systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #3b3b3b; font-size: 28px; line-height: 35px; padding-bottom: 10px;\">Continue with older version of Deep Freeze<\/h2>\n<p>If you already have Deep Freeze installed on these operating systems, it&#8217;ll continue to Freeze and Thaw your Deep Freeze workstations. However, if you upgrade to the latest version of Deep Freeze, or migrate to the next version of Windows, the older version will stop working and you will need to migrate to the latest versions.<\/p>\n<p>Note that Deep Freeze version 8.57 will be the last version to support Windows XP and Server 2003.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Faronics will continue to
