Cloud Services<\/span><\/h2>\n

Faronics\u2019s cloud-based products and services help simplify computer management while protecting end-user privacy. Using our cloud agent, managed devices securely connect to our cloud console and may transmit limited device-related information (such as IP address, device name, username, hardware details, and installed software) required to provide the service. With your consent and configuration, certain cloud products may also collect additional asset-related information for purposes designated by you, such as hardware\/software inventory, lease management, PC migration, or software license compliance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Faronics acts as a data processor\u2014not a controller\u2014for information sent from managed devices. The customer determines what data is collected, how it is used, and for what purpose. The processing of personal data in connection with Cloud Services is governed by the customer\u2019s agreement with Faronics and our Data Processing Addendum<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
