Summary:
As the Solution Specialist, you will develop functional, architectural and hands-on expertise on all Faronics delivered products and technology solutions. You will develop deep trusted deep trusted adviser relationships with Business Decision Makers by actively understanding customer business pains, requirements, strategic growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer technical account profile for all the accounts in designated territory which includes white space analysis, current customer solution and technology footprint/landscape, customer pains, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Ensure all existing deployed Faronics Solutions are optimally deployed and being used and leveraged as per best practices and recommendations.
  • Identify gaps in technical implementation and understanding of deployed solutions and common problem areas.
  • Develop deep trusted adviser relationships with Business Decision Makers by actively understanding customer business pains, requirements, strategic growth objectives, industry trends and providing business-value-outcome-based solutions
  • Develop, maintain, and document comprehensive business plans resulting from joint customer planning and discovery workshops which address customer strategic priorities for digital transformation
  • Offer technical consultation and technology insights on relevant solutions where Faronics can offer an alternate or help develop a custom solution.
  • Listening to customers (as opposed to telling/selling), probing for business process pains and opportunities, in an effort to meet or exceed their expectations & leveraging partner-facing readiness activities to find ways to scale capacity

Skill Set:

  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
  • Technically astute – can convey complex issues and solutions in clear terms and recommend cutting edge solutions to 1:1 challenges based on them.
  • Ability to position long term strategic solutions vs. the competition

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Technical solutions or Systems integration expertise preferably in enterprise class solutions for endpoint security, web Security, Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM), desktop and patch management.
  • Technical Support experience for software-as-a-service or cloud-based business applications to enterprise customers.
  • Identifying unique and complex business challenges and solutions
  • Strong experience in positioning technology solutions to decision makers both hardware and software, including cloud and device.
